Biography
Kimble translates global disruption into outperformance. Armed with a unified governance triad—the Deloitte Center for Board Effectiveness, The Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) risk controls, and NYSE / J.P. Morgan standards—he pairs 25 years of global banking command with a track record of directing nine M&A integrations totaling $193B. Recently, he governed 3,500 personnel and directed system-wide infrastructure overhauls, driving resilient margin expansion.
Beyond the balance sheet, true structural resilience demands disciplined human capital leadership. Overcoming the early loss of his parents, Kimble earned his MBA while working full-time, ultimately receiving a 2025 Alumni Achievement Award. As a father of 11—spanning from a United States Marine to a first grader—he bridges apex corporate command with the grounded discernment required to align massive, multi-generational ecosystems. Kimble translates his personal foundation into the executive conviction required to mentor the next generation of leaders and navigate volatility without fracturing culture.
