Morgan standards—he pairs 25 years of global banking command with a track record of directing nine M&A integrations totaling $193B. Recently, he governed 3,500 personnel and directed system-wide infrastructure overhauls, driving resilient margin expansion.

Overcoming the early loss of his parents, Kimble earned his MBA while working full-time, ultimately receiving a 2025 Alumni Achievement Award.
